Q. Do you offer refund?
A. Yes, but only 10 days after date of purchase with a Return Product Number (RPN)  and a 25%
restocking fee will be charge.

Q. What can I do if 10 days have pass?
A. You can get store credit to any other parts.

Q. How do I get a RPN number?
A. Call  or email us for a RPN.

Q. How long does it take to get the part after I ordered?
A. Once ordered, the part will be ship within 48 hours if the parts are in stock. If the parts are not in stock  
we will notify you immediately.

Q. How do I know if the part I want is in stock?
A. You can either call or email us to see if the part you want is in stock or to see how long it will take to get.

Q. Is there a tracking number given when parts are shipped?
A. Yes, the tracking number will be email to the buyer if the shipping company provide us with one.

Q. Can I do a local pick-up?
A. Yes, we allow local pick up but order needs to be place ahead of time.

Q. Do you ship international?
A. Yes, but we will only take money order for international orders and buyer will be responsible for all
shipping cost.
